The Coffs Harbour Real Estate Company was formed back in 1999 at it's current location at 176 Pacific Hwy, which is midway between two business centres in Coffs Harbour.

Since 2nd of March 2001, the business has been owned and operated by three locals who are: Leanne Jenke, Simon Gregg and Paul Fitzpatrick. Prior to taking over the ownership the three worked in the same office as sales consultants. The three bring to the business different attributes and pride themselves on how they have created a family orientated business offering the highest level of service and client care, placing their client interests ahead of their own at all times.
